Ugh, 2 weeks since I sent I129f one week since its been cashed..

I've read a few people a long time ago talk about this happening but I didn't think I would be one of them :(

I just feel like I'm missing something. People r getting noa2 today but I'm still not getting my noa1. No text or email..I sent it December 14th it was received December 17 th..check was cashed December 21st, but still nothing. I guess since they cashed the check I shouldn't be worried or anything and just wait for the hard copy to be making its slow way over here. But if I understand correctly..check is cashed in Dallas, where I sent it to, (p.o. Box) then sent to California, where I live. I guess maybe its just taking a long time to get to California? And the. They will send me a text?

September 5th, 2010: Met
July 26th 2012: Engaged

December 18th 2012: I-129f received at dallas po box
DECEMBER 20th: NOA1 (only found out once hardcopy came in the mail)
December 21st, 2012: Check cashed
Dec 27, 2012: Fiances alien registration number was changed. Proven.
December 29th 2012: Received Noa1 Hard-copy(no txt or email was sent)
Jan. 10th 2013: Happy birthday to my Sweety, first birthday apart in years!
January 15 2013: "mailing adress was changed" (touched?)
May-20-2013 NOA2!!! Exactly 5 months!
May-23-2013 Noa2 hard copy recieved!
June-05-2013 Called NVC, casre recieved, forwared to Ankara

June-10-2013-Ankara revieved packet! *signed by MEHMET* THANKS MEHMET!

June-10-2013-Recieve NVC letter
June-13-2013 Email(Packet) recieved from embassy!!
00-00-2013 Sent packet back to embassy
00-00-13 Interview date set (00-00-13 INTERVIEW,)
00-00-2013 Medical
00-00-2013 Interview(...........!)

December 21 was last Friday. It can take up to 30 days to receive the hard copy NOA1 and considering the time of year, you'll need to be extra patient.

Part One: The K-1 Visa Journey:

USCIS Receipt of I-129F: January 24, 2012 | Petition Approval: June 15, 2012 (No RFEs)
Interview: October 24, 2012 - Review | Visa Delivered: October 31, 2012



Part Two: Entry and Adjusting Status:

POE: November 18, 2012 (at SFO) - Review
Wedding: December 1, 2012 | Social Security: New cards received on December 7, 2012.
AOS Package (I-485/I-765/I-131) NOA1: February 19, 2013 | Biometrics Appt.: March 18, 2013
AP/EAD Approved: April 29, 2013 | Card Received: May 6, 2013 | AOS Interview Appt.: May 16, 2013 - Approved Review Card Received: May 24, 2013

If you check was cashed then they have your paperwork, it is still the holiday season, and mail is two days behind. You should get it within the next two weeks. You will stress yourself out during this entire process.

if you have the copy of the check you don't need to worry about anything

I pretty much knew it was gonna be a while and id have to wait for the hard copy but its just so much better hearing what you guys have to say.

Thats whaat I mean about the whole thing about people getting their noa2s and stuff today..theyre still moving along so I was hoping to get my noa1 at least!

06-04-2007 = TSC stamps postal return-receipt for I-129f.

06-11-2007 = NOA1 date (unknown to me).

07-20-2007 = Phoned Immigration Officer; got WAC#; where's NOA1?

09-25-2007 = Touch (first-ever).

09-28-2007 = NOA1, 23 days after their 45-day promise to send it (grrrr).

10-20 & 11-14-2007 = Phoned ImmOffs; "still pending."

12-11-2007 = 180 days; file is "between workstations, may be early Jan."; touches 12/11 & 12/12.

12-18-2007 = Call; file is with Division 9 ofcr. (bckgrnd check); e-prompt to shake it; touch.

12-19-2007 = NOA2 by e-mail & web, dated 12-18-07 (187 days; 201 per VJ); in mail 12/24/07.

01-09-2008 = File from USCIS to NVC, 1-4-08; NVC creates file, 1/15/08; to consulate 1/16/08.

01-23-2008 = Consulate gets file; outdated Packet 4 mailed to fiancee 1/27/08; rec'd 3/3/08.

04-29-2008 = Fiancee's 4-min. consular interview, 8:30 a.m.; much evidence brought but not allowed to be presented (consul: "More proof! Second interview! Bring your fiance!").

05-05-2008 = Infuriating $12 call to non-English-speaking consulate appointment-setter.

05-06-2008 = Better $12 call to English-speaker; "joint" interview date 6/30/08 (my selection).

06-30-2008 = Stokes Interrogations w/Ecuadorian (not USC); "wait 2 weeks; we'll mail her."

07-2008 = Daily calls to DOS: "currently processing"; 8/05 = Phoned consulate, got Section Chief; wrote him.

08-07-08 = E-mail from consulate, promising to issue visa "as soon as we get her passport" (on 8/12, per DHL).

08-27-08 = Phoned consulate (they "couldn't find" our file); visa DHL'd 8/28; in hand 9/1; through POE on 10/9 with NO hassles(!).

hi i guess were in the same boat becasue i received mine on dec 14th and i keep checking my case on the web site everyday and nothing as of yet my boo boo is in ja also he asked me today if i have heard anything ..it driving me crazy i have no patience for this kind of stuff

It will come, u already have ur noa1 just need yo wait for hardcopy!! I live close to the uscis is ca, so i got mine fast(kind of).haha dont worry..
