OP: you are very very rude. And don't take any advices as a possibility....If you so wanted to fix things, you would accept the fact that you have to go home and apply for a visa. Your mom is dreaming about being able to waive you once she is a US citizen. She can apply to you for immigrant visa, but that takes a while, and until then you're stuck in your room, sitting front of your laptop and leave disrespectful remarks to people on this forum who were trying to give you the options you have....enjoy!
