processing time of n400 at the locak office

i just now checked uscis.gov to the processing timesframe and before i was seeing the n400 is just 5 month avarage. but now i m seeing for example at the philadelphia local office the n400 processing timesframe 25 march 2012.. whats goin on ?

It looks like that is of October 30, 2012 (not current date)

No, now the processing time is 5 months and 5 days. So they are missing the 5 month goal by 5 days. The time between May 25 2012 and October 30 2012 is 5 months and 5 days.
