Hi guys i really need help . My brother is a US citizen and he doesnt have an original birth certificate. He is going to soon sponsor my parents ir-5 but the problem is is there an alternatve for pakistani nationals to send form B or family registration certificate by nadra instead of a birth certi of my brother to show proof of relationship . If we do that send their petition s going to approved or not?

As far as I know Birth cert is needed, how your brother become citizen if he donst have b-cert?

have him get another copy of his birth certificate from the place of birth they usualy have records. And they can issue another one. The b form is sometimes accepted in place of the birthcertificate but if the agent is unfamiliar with the form they may not accept it. NADRA also can provide official birth documents, you will have to contact them to find out further information.
