Hand deliver RFE to CSC?

You don't even need the express envelopes to send it express, you just pay the express rate and use your own envelope. They even sell express stamps. USPS will get it there by the 27th or 28th at the latest if you send it before noon on the 26th.

I don't know why I didn't think of that. The young woman at the UPS Store was swamped, and we didn't feel like taking any chances. I'll remember this, and go directly to the 'main' Post Office here in town tomorrow (early) in order for this to take place. Thanks again everybody, and Merry Christmas. :thumbs:

Make sure you get delivery confirmation or some type of proof of delivery to show that it was received by the due date.

K1 Process -

1/30/12 - I-129F sent

2/2/12 - NOA1 Received (CSC)

2/3/12 - Visa App Fee Check Cashed

6/18/12 - NOA2 Email Received at 9PM MST

6/22/12 - NOA2 Letter Received in Mail

7/13/12 - NVC Sent Case to Moldova Embassy

7/18/12 - Packet 3 dropped off to Embassy

Do USPS. They will deliver it within 3 business days if you do regular Flat-rate Priority. So, if you pay extra and send it Express (next day) tomorrow, they will get it in by Thursday for sure! I wouldn't drive there because you cannot hand deliver packages to the government--You may not even have the chance to get through the gate!

June 8, 2017 -- Interview Passed!

June 16, 2017 -- Oath Ceremony! He is a USC!!

I expressed post a package from Atlanta area to Ottawa, Canada using USPS overnight - and it was there within 24 hours, no problem. USPS has several options that will get it there quickly and you can track it to its arrival. You can use a courier if you wish - and in fact, USPS overnight and Express use Fed Ex - but it was easier for USPS to do it than using UPS or Fed Ex, at least in my case since it was international. So, no worries, USPS can get it there in time.

I dont trust USPS. I think you should use Fedex and you can use 2 day delivery and it will get there friday before 10am.

FedEx was not an option as the CSC receives their RFE paperwork at a Post Office Box.

**Update - USPS handled our packet yesterday, and its arrival is estimated to take place today after 12 noon. Thanks again, everybody for your advice on this! :thumbs:
