offering to leave the 16 year old behind won't succeed....why? Because if the infamouns 'change of mind' occurs (as it so often does), the child (teen) can be petitioned easily enough...while mom chills out in the states...so her claiming she 'has to return' to take care of said child begs the next question...'who will take care of said child during her absence?'...and when the reply is something like 'grandma', the next question will be...'if she can take care of said child for 2-4 weeks, why not 6 months?'....and the answer to that question is??????

noah lot her oldest daughter can take care of her for up to 4 weeks she has limited time due to her work as a pharmacist which involves travel i see where you are getting at it, i have a mother here and would like her to meet my wife my mother is very sick and on life support

My wife tried and she was denied. They said no since there was paperwork already petitioning her.

She was sad, we did not want to be seperated for so long.
