Sorry, I am sure this has been asked before...but, I cant locate it using guides or search.

I have been married 3 times and there are two places on the form, where is the appropriate place to put the third.

Also, i only have one divorce decree with me and need to get copies of the others. I would like to get this filed asap...

should I wait to file the application (wont be able to get them until I get back to the States next month). Or, file them

when I receive the Rfe?

Just dont want to prolong this any longer than I have to.

Thank you everyone :)

If you don't want to prolong it then wait until you have everything.

Attach an extra sheet for the other divorce(s) with a heading listing which question it is in answer to. You should be able to order your other divorce papers and have them waiting for you.

ya, you will be putting in a continuation sheet and/or addendum sheet.

Sometimes my language usage seems confusing - please feel free to 'read it twice', just in case !
Ya know, you can find the answer to your question with the advanced search tool, when using a PC? Ditch the handphone, come back later on a PC, and try again.

Put the third divorce on an extra sheet of paper and label appropriately and attach it to the form. Also, I suggest you wait till you get to the States, get copies and then file. Filing without them and waiting for an RFE will probably delay you more. After NOA1, it probably may take USCIS about 5 months to get to your case and then they will issue you an RFE for the divorce decrees and then after supplying them it will take them about 60 days (can be more or less) before you get a decision. It will not be worth it. So just wait, get the documents and the file. All the best.
