She pretty much didn't tell me anything except that my status shows rfe! I knew that, I wanted to know if they received a my paperwork!

I know for a fact that she received everything except one affidavit, because she called the next day and said that she got it!

Did you just speak to the level 1 person (the first one you speak to) or did you ask to speak to a level 2?

You might just have to wait until you receive something back for USCIS if you spoke to a level 2 and that was the information you got, but when I called the level 1 could only tell me pretty much what I could see on USCIS website but the level 2 could tell me a lot more.

Just ask to speak to a level 2 or tier 2 officer - they will ask if you want to be on hold , leave a message for them or email them. Say "I'll hold and wait" It might be a while though , I waited between 5 and 45 minutes the times I called.

Do I have to wait 45 days to make an info pass

If you thought the phone staff told you nothing then the info pass people will be worse! You can make one at anytime I believe (I did but I wish I didn't bother).
