Okey it doesnt exceeds the Federal Poverty Guidilines and i am completely confused now.

Does it mean we have to fill up I-864A ?

27 and 28 line is also confusing. What would be "Asests of the principal sponsored immigrant" ? Since i am not employed i guess this would be filled up with 0usd and beside this we dont own any mortgage nor household.

I`d really appreciate some help here if possible

Assets can be used to offset a lack of income. You would need 3 times the amount of income you are short. For example, if you need 23K income, but only have $20k, then you are short $3k and would need at least $9k in liquid assets. Assets need to be able to be converted to cash without hardship to the sponsor within 1 year. You can use cash savings, stocks, bonds, things of that nature. If the intending immigrant has savings in a foreign bank, they can be added and used at 5 times the shortfall. Read through the I-864 instructions for more details about using assets.

If you do not have enough with income and assets, you will need to find a joint sponsor.

Any income you are legally earning here can be used and added with your wife's to meet the requirement. If you have savings, that can be used too. If it is a US bank, then it will be 3 times ($3k needed) or a foreign bank will 5 times ($5k needed).

Ok great cos i earned like 5k$ for the time working here and that`s the ammount needed for what we need cos she is like 1k less than the Federal Poverty amount needed.. only thing is that i am NOT working anymore.

Tell me one more thing, where do we present my income on I-864 form or separate I-864A ?

You do not use the I-864A. The income and assets for the sponsored intending immigrant are all on the I-864. It even states so on the form itself. Besides reading over the form, it more than helps to read through the instructions.

24 b. is for current income of the intending immigrant. This does not apply to you though, since you are not working and have no current income.

#28 is for assets of the intending immigrant.

All I can tell you is that you cannot use income you made earlier in the year. You are currently unemployed and therefore have no current income to use. If neither of you have enough assets to make up for the $1,000 your spouse is lacking in income, then you will need to find a joint sponsor.

The I-864A is not for the intending immigrant to use. It is for a qualifying household member to combine their own income with that of the sponsor filling out the I-864 in order to reach the 125% income requirement. If you two reside with your USC spouse's parents, adult children or siblings, then one of them could agree to fill out the I-864A and add their income with the sponsor's.
