Hi all,

Thanks to the help on this board, we have a scheduled interview for 12/05/06.

So far we've received no RFEs and the interview is scheduled for 60 days after NOA 1.

We have also applied for EAD and AP, no information about that so far.

Now, I'm looking in the FAQs and guides but don't find much about what to bring to the interview. I know the paper hubby got _should_ have an exhautive list, but just need a little reassurance here that we are on the right track. Can we take the BCS' list literally or are there other sources of truth out there we should consult?

Also, hubby is adjusting from F1 status (not K1 like many here) and is currently working on OPT. His EAD expires at the end of the year.

Any chance he would get his interim EAD before the end of the year?

We are concerned that he will neither have his GC nor his EAD at the end of the year, and we need for him to keep working (need that health insurance!!)

Is this EAD/AP issue something we can ask about at our interview in December?

Finally, is it possible that with this short timeline, he could be approved that same day and receive a stamp in the passport to show at work?

Thanks everyone...I so appreciate this website and "community" :)
