Question about attaching information about previous visitor visa (B2)

Hello! A while ago (almost a year now) my fiance and I applied for a visitor visa so that she could come visit me at my home and meet my parents. Being the idiot that i frequently am, I neglected to do proper research on the process and didnt file any documents for sponsorship for her. This resulted in her B2 being denied due to insufficient funds to provide for herself during her stay and also i believe that the consulate officer believed that she didnt have sufficient reason to return to her native country after her visit. I have been tempted to include the information from this denied B2 visa along with an explanation of the circumstances within the K-1 package. Mostly, I have been thinking about adding it in just to increase transparency and also because I was afraid that during processing of the K-1 the rejected B2 might show up and cause delays or snags. Does anyone more knowledgeable than me have an opinion or information on this? Is this something that I should do or something that i should shy away from or will it make no difference either way? Any help or opinions would be greatly apreciated. Thanks!

A denied B-2 usually has no bearing on a future K-1 or immigrant visa application. Just make sure you declare it in the "have you ever been refused a US visa previously" section.

Just make sure you got the process and requirements down as listed in VJ and USCIS before you file.

Ive checked, double checked and reorganized this thing about 18 times now just to make sure its right. This forum has been a HUGE help with that.
