HI...

Anyone that has used, ustraveldoc, website to make payment or schedule an interview, could you please provide some insight and/or explain what section do I go to in order to compete these transactions.??

I received letter from NVC Dec 13, saying my case has been sent to Moscow embassy for processing.. A few days later, I receive an email from Moscow embassy saying they have mailed my fiance a packet and we can go to ustraveldocs.gov to pay visa fee and to schedule appointment, and to register address to send Visa..

So, I go to website.. I see links for immigrant and non-immigrant visa.. I do not see a link to submit payments, schedule interview, ect..... I found a link where I could create an account.. In here, they asked for the passport number.... 1) I do not know if I was doing this correctly.. 2) my fiance is awaiting the processing of her passport so she does not have a passport number at this time.

I did send an email to Moscow embassy for clarification, but with the holidays, I do not expect to receive a reply for a week...

Does my fiance need her passport before she schedules the interview???

Should she be the one to create an account on the ustraveldocs website.???

Their letter and website do not give very good directions...

Any advice???

Thanks,

Chris

Hi, yes your fiancee needs to create an account on ustraveldocs website, or you can create it for her using her personal info. In order to do so she needs to have her international passport number available. Once this number and her name are submitted it can't be changed without contacting support center, so make sure you have all the numbers correct. After the account is created she will be able to proceed to schedule her appointment. For that she will have to have her visa fee payment confirmation. The detailed description about how to pay for visa is http://www.ustraveldocs.com/ru/ru-niv-paymentinfo.asp So basically, right now she needs to have her international passport in her hands asap. Without it scheduling interview is impossible. Hope it helps.
