Hello Everyone, I really need some advice from anyone that have been through this. Presently I'm under serious pressure with my fiance and I'm thinking of give up on him because is an over bearing for me at this point. The K-1 is on process and we are expecting our NOA2. My question is, If I give up on him now or ask him to withdraw the K-1 process is it going to cause or raise any red flag if someone else wish to file for me in future? Any advice would be greatly appreciated. I thanks you all in advance.

They will ask about the past filing if someone petitions you again, but unless the new petition is very shortly after the old one, it should not be a major problem.

If he simply withdraws the petition as relatonship died ( many do ) nothing really bad happens. If he claims fraud and sends proof then it is more dififcult. Hopefully at least a year goes before anyone else petitions for you as it could be seen as fishing for a green card if someone applies right away.

This will not be over quickly. You will not enjoy this.
