NOTE: someone can forge a text and send to you what they want you to read did she send you the screen short? ( even a screen short can be edited) did you log in his account to spy? or did this girl gave you her password to spy on him? to make sure it is him? because someone might open a facebook with same name and create chat history they want you to read even your fiance not knowing about it.

you have to be 100% sure because even this evidence you got is not enough yes i know things like this happens but my reasons of this comment is if some where along the line after you have cancealed this petition and you found out he was being set up by someone and he actually did nothing you will hate yourself so Nekki no hurry in making decisions investigate more because you can canceal this anytime even on the day of his interview am just looking both side here i watch alot of movies like this were what you see is not really what it seems like

ICE primarily deals with violators inside the US, since the subject individual is outside of the US, ICE is an agency of little use.

The agencies to contact are:

• The State Department, so he can be flagged if he tries to apply for any kind of visa.
  
• CBP (Customs and Border Protection), this the agency that is responsible for admitting people to the US or turning them away (he would want to be flagged for turning away).
  
• USCIS, so he can be flagged if anyone else files a petition on his behalf.

When you first reported here about the behavior of your man towards you, I know he wasn't in love with you! I was never afraid to tell you the truth about letting him be... He made you looked like you're the one with all the attitude because he was seeing someone he probably likes better... I told you that God will bless you with someone who would love you for you... And I still maintain that word of faith... If God says your husband is from outside the state then He (God) will bring him home to be with you in the state... When God is in it, it wouldn't matter whether you've filed twice unsuccessfully... My prayer is with you sister... You know if you weren't this lucky enough to do your own background check on this "scammer", he would have been a big ###### for ya shortly after he arrives the state if you know what I mean... He could frame you up and file a VAWA against you so that he could stay legally in the State and live as he want, while denting your personality before the government... Well, I say congratulation! God will heal your heart... Now, to make sure he was stopped him scamming other will not be possible at all... Just make sure he's eradicated in your momery and withdraw your k1 application for him... To be on a safe side ie in case of future petition if any, I would do a detailed statement of my finding and new discovery about him, which was never seen prior to filing the i129f... There is no reason a USC should just turn a blind eye to being USED by someone just because it might screw up their future attempts to use someone else. I actually think we should have a sub forum to post details such as pictures of these jerks to help the next victim avoid the pain they will endure if they don't catch on early enough. US citizens are not fodder to be used by foreign person to get into the US. It isn't bad advise to flag them , they need to be banned forever and anyoen caught helping them should also be banned. They deserve to be banned ,destroyed and exposed. In fact I think those that support the abuse of USC's should also be redflagged as questionable immigrants and be denied citizenship as abbetting illegal activity

I actually think we should have a sub forum to post details such as pictures of these jerks to help the next victim avoid the pain they will endure if they don't catch on early enough. You are being silly. USCIS would not pay attention to this if there were not proof. She has stated she has proof.

There is a disclaimer at the bottom of this very page that states if we know or suspect illegal activity we are to report it. We aren't telling her to post his photo all over his home town and have him tarred and feathered. We're telling her to report what she has and USCIS will deal with it however they see fit.

It doesn't matter whether WE think he's a scammer or not. She claims to have evidence, we told her what to do with that evidence, we are sympathising with her and how she feels.

None of what was said is bad advice. Report his "crime" and just like any other crime it will be investigated and if there's sufficient proof, it won't look good for him to ever use someone again (if that's what's determined he did) and if there's no evidence, it will still be on his file but also HER file and it is likely to cause him to show a little extra proof of relationship but not hurt him too severely.

Please refrain from giving people advice to ignore people they believe are users. They should report them and then start to heal within themselves as best they can from their feelings of betrayal.
