Hello everyone, been a long time since I've checked in on here.

So I've just collected my final piece needed for interview (an overseas police check in Bahrain) and will be flying home tonight to send off my readiness letter.

So alls needed now is my fiances affidavit of support/tax transcripts? Done medical, mailed packet 3 in September, got an extension, got my UK police certificate, now my overseas one (hooray!) so I think we are good to go!

Does anyone know when they're handing interviews out for and can I be specific when I send in the readiness letter (ie specify March for an interview?).

Thanks!!

I don't think they've done any past January. Yes you can be specific and they will likely accommodate you. You may not hear from them until Feb if you ask for a delayed interview. The problem is that they issue the visa to expire 6 months from the medical. At least that's what Londoners have confirmed happened to them. You don't want to have to renew the medical exam so look at your dates
