In gaza need israeli police certificate

Hi my husband lives in gaza and we just found out he needs to get 2 police certificates, one from Ramallah and one from israel. He has been asking around and doesn't know how to get them. I looked online ans it said something about going to a civil liaison office (dco) in gaza. but he can't find any in gaza. Does anyone have experience with getting these documents from gaza?

Unfortunately, there aren't many active members with spouses/fiances in Palestine so help may take awhile. Wife of Mahmoud may be able to help, try sending her a message.
