Hello,my wife withdraw her i-130 from immigration because her bad attitude,......because during the marriage, she push my and my load out several time, she even broke my phone, she treating me with knife but are could not call the police to get police report because i don't have a phone, later she call immigration and withdraw her i-130 and i still don't know until the day i find out on ucsis website and i see i have been denied and its just days for me to get my working permit and my interview date.....am in right lane to divorce her and is this not going to affect me in future if i want to refile with another marriage????? please i need advise what can i do next but still fresh but i have separate from her house and she don have money to divorce me can i do so?so i can move on with mylife?????

Depends on what she wrote in the letter to withdraw. If she's accusing you of fraud that won't look good. Divorce itself won't really affect you but it does depend on what the divorce papers say, how soon till you "find another wife" and things like that.
