Hello, ladies and gentleman, i dont know what to do....

ive been doing everything the nvc has asked me to do till now i have everything paid for

but before i get into it let me give youmy timeline.

02/26/2011 - Met the loves of my life (wife and step son LJ)

04/26/2011 - go to visit them in ecuador and made sure the love i had for them was real

06/30/2011 - my wifes birthday i asked her to marry me

01/28/2012 - we get married on the beach

06/09/2012 - filed i130 with uscis

11/14/2012 - recieve acceptance from uscis

11/20/2012 - get back to ny to start working to be able to afford nvc process fees

11/22/2012 - pay AOS fee

11/25/2012 - AOS shows Up PAID

11/26/2012 - aos overnighted to nvc

12/03/2012 - emailed ds-3032

12/11/2012 - IV packet paid

12/13/2012 - iv packet shows up as paid

12/14/2012 - iv sent

12/17/2012 - iv recieved

12/17/2012 - AOS reviewed

12/21/2012 - iv still not being reviewed

now the thing i find wierd i see alot of peoples timelines with thisprocess and it looks like nvc proces takes them 2 weeks at most my aos tok 20 days to be review and my packet IV still hasnt even been looked at, they said that a USC process is fast but mine i feel is taking for ever, what can i do to get these things reviewed fasted and case close faster i want to go on to the interview and medical exams, what can i do please help me i promised my wife and son i would see them soon i know its only been a month and its not that long but i feel something in my gut that makes it seem the way this is going its gonna be a while before i see them in person again please are there any loop holes or tricks to get this process done with faster !!!!

you sent your IV packet on 12/14. dont expect to hear anything till first week of January at the earliest. It takes 2 to 3 weeks to review your IV packet and plus you have to factor in the holidays. you are doing fine so far dont worry. and I dont know of any loopholes or tricks other than getting your case expedited at NVC and for that you need valid reason.

it hit the door on the 17th of december.

give it till the 31st of december, then start freaking out, aye?

06-04-2007 = TSC stamps postal return-receipt for I-129f.

06-11-2007 = NOA1 date (unknown to me).

07-20-2007 = Phoned Immigration Officer; got WAC#; where's NOA1?

09-25-2007 = Touch (first-ever).

09-28-2007 = NOA1, 23 days after their 45-day promise to send it (grrrr).

10-20 & 11-14-2007 = Phoned ImmOffs; "still pending."

12-11-2007 = 180 days; file is "between workstations, may be early Jan."; touches 12/11 & 12/12.

12-18-2007 = Call; file is with Division 9 ofcr. (bckgrnd check); e-prompt to shake it; touch.

12-19-2007 = NOA2 by e-mail & web, dated 12-18-07 (187 days; 201 per VJ); in mail 12/24/07.

01-09-2008 = File from USCIS to NVC, 1-4-08; NVC creates file, 1/15/08; to consulate 1/16/08.

01-23-2008 = Consulate gets file; outdated Packet 4 mailed to fiancee 1/27/08; rec'd 3/3/08.

04-29-2008 = Fiancee's 4-min. consular interview, 8:30 a.m.; much evidence brought but not allowed to be presented (consul: "More proof! Second interview! Bring your fiance!").

05-05-2008 = Infuriating $12 call to non-English-speaking consulate appointment-setter.

05-06-2008 = Better $12 call to English-speaker; "joint" interview date 6/30/08 (my selection).

06-30-2008 = Stokes Interrogations w/Ecuadorian (not USC); "wait 2 weeks; we'll mail her."

07-2008 = Daily calls to DOS: "currently processing"; 8/05 = Phoned consulate, got Section Chief; wrote him.

08-07-08 = E-mail from consulate, promising to issue visa "as soon as we get her passport" (on 8/12, per DHL).

08-27-08 = Phoned consulate (they "couldn't find" our file); visa DHL'd 8/28; in hand 9/1; through POE on 10/9 with NO hassles(!).
