any suggestion for liquid multivitamins??

So really cant take Tablet Multivitamins..I tried to crashed i,cut it in four and tried it with banana but nothing works I puked..

So I was looking if theres a liquid or gummy bear multivitamins for adult???

any suggestion??? i really need one....and its shameful

I would recommend going to a nutrition/supplement store. Ask there! The staff should have a good idea of what would work for you. I know they have both gummie AND liquid for adults but off the top of my head I don't know any names.

an apothecary or chemist in your area can mix whatever you want.

buy a litre ? it's not that costly.

Don't overlook the kiddie vitamins, too. Typically, I think the daily dose is doubled for adults (the package should tell you). Those are normally geared to be less disagreeagle.
