Short version is I got a letter from USCIS saying that they had processed me improperly and I should have been admitted as a Permanent Resident not on a CR-1 ad that i need to send an I-90 to receive a card with the proper info. However in the meantime I need to get my passport stamped but my question is... what option is that on Infopass?

i say option #3 - You want to file an application in person

Ya know, you can find the answer to your question with the advanced search tool, when using a PC? Ditch the handphone, come back later on a PC, and try again.

I'm not putting in an application there though, by the time I go I'll have already sent in my i-90 i'm only going to get my passport stamped for work verification and so i can renew my driver's license

understood. you need to get through that menu, to the booking section, regardless.

Option 3 is viable.

so as long as it takes me through to booking? "You need information or other services" also lets me go through to booking an appointment. I'm just worried about getting there and they go "oh whoops you picked the wrong thing" Not really sure how they work and the customer service line is useless, the assistant i got when i called literally said infopass was over his head and to ask customs AT THE AIRPORT.... I am so done calling that service line

trust me - the infopass system is SO DISCONNECTED with what goes on at a local office -

get the first available appointment you can, and go forth.

'reason online' won't matter, one whit.
