I keep watching the K1 processing at the CSC, I see very few updates on NOA2. Is something going on at the CSC?

Well even so . Why don't they transfer all cases to other centers. Why only using aug 15 as a cut off line? Transferred cases were processed before those who filed before them . And we are still not sure how long our waiting time will be . That's not fair!

Exactly, my NOA1 date with CSC is August 2, 2012. We are pushing 5 months in less than 1 week. Any ideas or suggestions?

Eventhough CSC is dealing with this dream Act issue --

Even if CSC is dealing with this dream Act-- K1 is a different type of case & it shouldn't affect us at all in time or approval... lets hope and pray ---

actually, caseload determines WHICH casefile types are worked on, at any given time.

Each casefile type has a queue.

There's only a set # of adjudicators.

So when the CSC director says 'ok - i want 120 adjudicators pulled from the I-129F processing queue today, and re-assigned to Deferred Adjudication / Action Casefiles - we have a higher caseload count today ' - you will never, ever, get a notice of it.

All you will know is that it took longer 'than average' or 'normal' to adjudicate your casefile.

It's possible that it works to our advantage that the CSC only accepts applicants from California in regards to all the DREAM Act stuff, though. It's supposedly the fastest center for those applicants because of that reason.

Perhaps I'm just trying to be optimistic, but my only other option is stressing while I wait impatiently
