I have never experienced their line this busy before. I preferred it when they had the automated voice response system going on. Infact i hardly opted to speak with a human then. Well now that i finally got through, I will stay on until i speak with someone even if it means i arrive late at work cos I am supposed to be leaving for work in abt 45mins.

Their phones must have be ringing off the hook since they opened. rofl.gif Maybe they are better off with the automated system. I'd prefer not to speak to anyone too. Good luck. Hope you get your case number today. good.gif

i actually felt sorry for her when she did that. she sounded exasperated and I had to use my little girl voice to say " ok, thank you so mch". i dnt wish to be in their shoes but C'mon, this is peoples lives they are dealing with here.

Now 2 have said Dec 17th while 2 said dec 20th. going with Dec 17th, today is the 12th BUSINESS day but going with dec 20th, tomorrow will be my 10th business day so we shall see( i dnt expect to be without a case # till the 20th business day).
