Great work! You are on your way.

I called today but they told me nothing is in the system yet. I will check my email then. I asked the guy if he could take my email he said no cause my case is not in the system. Hmmm dont know if I can expect a case number before next werk or not.

Thanks for the update!

I'm assuming that the 20+ days that they said it would take to have an assigned case number. It took that long for my dad, Dec 10 the case arrived & Dec 31(today) when they send me the PDF email. When I called earlier the operator knew my email address because of the 2 times I've emailed (inquiry) NVC. The times I've called on the phone I didn't tell them about my email or my parents emails.

When did your case arrived in NVC? Maybe you can timed it & call them back 20 days after. good.gif

My case arrived on the 24th. I havent emailed them before then. I have another 2 and a half week wait. Sigh...........

I am going to wait that long too for my mom's case coz her's arrived last week, probably on the 24th too. Were almost there. We'll be lucky to have March or April interviews.

Our case was approved on Dec. 28th and was received on Dec 31st at NVC. We are currently waiting for our case to get in the system so we can keep it going.

My father I-130 approved on Nov 30th. I am calling every day NVC but they have not received file from USCIS. I also sent email to NVCresearch and received response after two weeks that they do not have document from USCIS and NVC will contact them. I also called USCIS and created inquiry but no response.

I have contact local congressman to get help which I will get hold of person on Monday and see what happen.

Anyone is waiting more than 1 month from NVC ?

I have not waited one month. I am sorry for this problem. You should schedule an info pass. They have to have a copy of your file. It would be ridiculous if they didnt. They need to just hit the reprint button.

I am not sure infoPass will help. Because my father I-130 process in Missouri. And I am in MN State.
