What I would like to know is when do I email the email template? After I would receive instructions from them? Or is it safe for me to do it now that I have the case number? Thanks!

Have you guys experienced these?

Less than an hour (22 mins to be exact) after receiving DS-3032 acceptance & IV bill emails for both of my petitions.

NVC sent me checklist cover letters,

1. that they still haven't received the choice of agent for my dad's case.

2. that they are still waiting for mom's Immigrant Visa fee payment.

Do they have two different people handling these at this stage?These are what you guys refer to as "False checklist(s)" , right?

I paid the IV fee payments that very same day (an hour later). I sent my IV packets the next day & I didn't print out the cover sheets from those emails. The only cover sheets I included were the once I printed off from the payment portal.

I just called NVC and NVC person mention that my DS-3032 is in system and in review stage which I sent email/postal mail on Jan 23rd. NVC person mention, I will see IV invoice next week. I do not see any sign in change in online payment website.

So hoping something will happen soon.

Sorry to hear about that. It took about 15 days for mine. (10 business days). Hope you hear from them within a day or two.

Yes I had a very similar experience I alluded to earlier. As soon as I realized my IV bill payment was changed to "PAID" it was about an hour later that I received a checklist asking me to pay the IV bill. They must not pay very well for their staff or have high turnover in their QC dept.

You can send for sure after you pay. When you pay online there will be a payment receipt section which will allow you to print the cover sheet.

But I do not know about paying both at once. You will have to wait for someone elae's response.

If they have bundled the two petitions together you will have one AOS fee $88 and 2 IV fees $230 per petition.

Why aren't u all in the Official VJ NVC filers thread where the knowledgeable people who can better answer your questions are.

I posted already the thread here it is again. You do yourself a disservice going off the tracks. And this NVC stage is very precise.

Yes, you pay only one AOS fee for both of your petitions. After you make the payment, click on "Related case" & a window will pop up. It will show the case numbers etc. of the other petition. What I did is I waited until the status changed to "PAID" before I mailed off my AOS packet. But you have to realize that once you mail gets to NVC it stays in their mail room for quite a while before someone will review it. It's your call when you want to send it.

Just called NVC. NVC rep mention DS-3032 is accpeted and AOS document also received but not reviewed yet takes 10 business day. NVC rep mention I may get email very soon(2 to 3 business days) for INV invoices.

It still takes a little bit to learn how to use visa journey. I also had np idea about this other thread. Especially when I was reading from a really old one when I first started which was no longer the case for NVC. Thank u dor the link.

I am collecting documents for IV package for my father. I have question about copy of my USA passport (Petitioner). In second page of passport it say signature of Bearer. Do I need to sign and take copy? Or it does not matter. Currently in my USA passport, I have not signed and got copy.
