Okay just got off phone. They said that my AOS was received and accepted so the DS3032 email was automatic. He said if i resent my email last week then they will get to it soon.

The good thing is my salary and things was accepted no RFE whow baby!!!! Now i just need to finish this agent stuff and get my invoice.

congrats on getting one part over!

I sent it from my email (I am the beneficiary) because the template indicated "Have your foreign spouse (beneficiary) send an email to NVCINQUIRY@state.gov with the following contents".

Should I've used my husband's email (USC)?

 you are right on track. It should be from the BENEFICIARY

I received I130 notice 2 weeks ago n yesterday i called NVC n they said they received my case, but it take a while to put in the system but i forgot to give my email add...i hope they received my email add from uscis....now i m waiting for next step

Congrats on progress.

This is so weird, I've been constantly checking the payment portal everyday ( multiple times a day, that islaughing.gif). This morning I noticed the "Principal Applicant" name, year of birth & the "Not Invoiced" are not there anymore. Has anyone of you noticed that happening prior to being invoiced?

Hi

I also waiting that NVC accept ds 3032

send it from my email (I am the beneficiary) on 01/17/2013

but I made a small mistake by writing the address of petitioner

I used the template and attach the ds-3032

at the template I wrote the exact address but on the ds-3032! NO! instead of writing millridge, I wrote millrigde

ncv can send me a checklist??

that is weird. so is it just the AOS left or something else replaced that phrase?. check back in the day. hopefully it means you are about to be invoiced.

I wonder why this took so long. My bank usually processed the paymentsnext business day.

My bank did process it the next business day (i.e. the money was transferred). It was the NVC that took another 5 days to get the IV status as "paid".

Also you are wrong about the death certificate. I was RFE'd by the USCIS asking for the death certificate. I did not send it in again to the NVC but it won't surprise me if they ask for it anyway.

I had the same challenge during mymother time so I just emailed her DS 3032 from MY email. I think they accepted it cos it was a daughter to parent thing. but for couples the ds 3032 MUST come from the BENEFICARY'S email account.

if he is the beneficiary then you did it RIGHT cos it shd come from his email.

NVC sends checklists for such when people send emails without the complete beneficiary and petitioner information included. I emailed two DS 3032 (abt 6 days aprt) and both were accepted even though the second one was accepted( one day after) before the first( abt 9 days after)

Thanks for all of the updates and reassurances. I am glad to know all of this. I am still waiting twirling my thumbs. Eventually we will make it to the next step.
