Janelle, please tell me you did not send the DS-3032 from YOUR email address? It must go from his email account you gave when you got the numbers. Otherwise, you have no choice but to mail it in. Probably works best for him to sign, scan and you print it out and mail it.

I sent it from my email (I am the beneficiary) because the template indicated "Have your foreign spouse (beneficiary) send an email to NVCINQUIRY@state.gov with the following contents".

Should I've used my husband's email (USC)?

CR-1 Spouse Visa, Filled abroad (I am the Beneficiary / Applicant)

2012 USCIS (MSC)

October 15: I-130 NOA1

December 15: NOA2

2013 NVC (BRS) Case number received 5 weeks after NOA2 - DS-3032
February 25: AOS and IV delivered to NVC

March 13: Case complete
April 3: Interview - Visa approved - USCIS Immigrant Fee paid

May: POE (Dallas Fort Worth Airport)

2015 REMOVAL OF CONDITIONS

February 18: NOA I-751 Petition to Remove Conditions on Residence

March 18: Biometrics appointment

August 17: approved

Hi folks my I 130 approved two weeks ago n i m still waiting for next step...I have a question do I need to call NVC n give them my email add or they already have mine because Uscis forward all my information including my email add to NVC?

Hi,you should definitely call. From my experience, they will not let you give them your email or your spouses's until they receive your case. When you call, give them your EAC, WAC, whichever one you have number. They will tell you if it arrived or not.

Yes, you will need to give them your email and your spouses.

Yes, I believe it should have come from your husband's email. Unless they think you guys share emails. Which could be a possibility. I had to make my husband a separate one. He didnt even have an email address. We did everything together.

I copied my husband when I sent it but it isn't sent from my husband's email.

Would this be a good idea to resend it with his email?

(I sent it last week and haven't received any reply from NVC yet.)

My experience: we waited a reasonable amount of time (approx 2-3 weeks) and the day we wanted to call, my husband received case number, AOS fee bill and Ds-3032 via email from NVC.

I'm kind of surprised you got the USCIS approval without the death certificate already? We had to provide one before NOA2 approval (same situation as ayhd100). Or do you think they need another one?

you dnt need the death certificate at the USCIS stage( it is part of the civil documents). I submitted my fathers death certificate at the NVC for my mom.

Maybe you need the Original/Certified True copy of your parents Marriage Certificate?

no since your father is deceased, you only the original of their detah certificate. make a copy also so that they can return the original at athe interview.

The DS 3032 acceptance email came a day or two before my IV invoice. I received the invoice 13 days after emailing it in so you have a few more days if you are on my schedule. My IV invoice was paid on Tuesday but not shown as "paid" until today, six days later.

I wonder why this took so long. My bank usually processed the paymentsnext business day.

I was told it will not be sent to you unil after the DS3032 is approved.

yep  your IV will not be invoiced until ur DS 3032 is accepted. usually the IV track is supposed to be taken care of by whoever is named in the DS 3032 so until they receive that and accept it, the IV process does not get started.

:crying: they are making me do the ds3032. they just sent me an email with the ds3032 in it as a check list. they will not take our email that we sent. i will have my husband to do it and send it to them. i just hate this because he will have to hunt for a scanner out there were he lives. there are not many computer places, no Fedex kinkos or anything. I am really not happy.

you do NOT have to scan the form. Just use the sample email provided provided on this site to create your DS 3032. if any of the needed info is missing Like:

beneficiary and peitioners name, their dates of birth, case number , their emails is missing out in the format, they will send a check list. even the auto response tells you so.

so if you had all that info in then just give it couple of more days. its will come:)

Janelle2002,

Why they can not accept DS3032 ? I am asking becuase my father is not gone school so he do thumb impression on downloaded DS-3032 not on NVC generated and I got in email and sent to NVC by email and postal mail. I am not sure they accept. I am in process of getting thumb impression on NVC generated DS-3032 just in case if they reject my 1st one so I can send NVC generated.

Thanks,

I had the same challenge during mymother time so I just emailed her DS 3032 from MY email. I think they accepted it cos it was a daughter to parent thing. but for couples the ds 3032 MUST come from the BENEFICARY'S email account.

:bonk:

I sent it from his email.hahahahahaha my brain is overloaded these days but it still works , sometimes.

if he is the beneficiary then you did it RIGHT cos it shd come from his email.

I don't wanna be a downer Janelle, but I saw another member's post about getting an email from NVC about sending the DS-3032 by mail again. Now I am getting a bad feeling that the reason mine wasn't acknowledge/accepted yet is because NVC is busy sending out replies to those that sent DS-3032 by emails. crying.gif This is making me paranoid.

NVC sends checklists for such when people send emails without the complete beneficiary and petitioner information included. I emailed two DS 3032 (abt 6 days aprt) and both were accepted even though the second one was accepted( one day after) before the first( abt 9 days after)
