That is good to know that you already called them about it. good.gif

Don't forget to include photocopies of each of your certificates ( Birth certificate, dead certificate etc.)

Have you seen the DS-230 cover letter sample here in the vj wiki? If not, here it is: http://www.visajourn...30_Cover_Letter

I have not sent dead certificate with I-130. I have also read NVC document and called NVC. They mention that you need to send original dead certificate. No Marriage certificate require of one of parent is no longer live.

I'm kind of surprised you got the USCIS approval without the death certificate already? We had to provide one before NOA2 approval (same situation as ayhd100). Or do you think they need another one?

I've seen others getting IV invoiced a day or a week after the choice of agent has been emailed. I know it's only been 8 working days since ours been sent (Jan 14th). Who else is anxiously waiting for theirs too? tongue_ss.gif

I resent it a few days ago too. Now the waiting game.

Received DS-3032 acceptance e-mail from NVC today  It was the one that I sent on Jan 11 (today is the 28). I resent it too a few days ago but it doesn't matter now

IV Fee Bill not yet invoiced.

The DS 3032 acceptance email came a day or two before my IV invoice. I received the invoice 13 days after emailing it in so you have a few more days if you are on my schedule. My IV invoice was paid on Tuesday but not shown as "paid" until today, six days later.
