Thanks for response and sending website.

I just called NVC again to get Invoice Identification Number and after login I am getting Payment status : NOT INVOICED and Amount is zero. NVC mention that I have to wait 20 business days. I know NVC like 20 business day for all task. but I think I have to wait..

Anyone know real time when it show up in invoice after NVC get case number ?

Thanks,

It depends. I got my invoice like two days after I got the case number. They sent it by email. Congratulations!

janelle it will come but honestly, i learned that if one leaves NVC your case may drag a little at each stage. so I always called them after every stage and innocently acted confused why I cant pay my AOS bill or IV bill etc and each time the person would reply " let me see and then come back to say "it is because we have not invoiced you yet" and I go "oh, thank you, have a good day/night" and next day or same day I was invoiced.

This is week is yours though : )

Oh, I might do that later when I call NVC. I'm still waiting for my IV invoice(s).

Looking at your timeline, I can see that you got the IV invoiced a day after they acknowledged/accepted your DS-3032.

Honestly I emailed another DS 3032 on 01/14 ( yes I am EAGER TO GO :) and that is the one that was accepted on 01/15( you knw from the email they responded to). The one we emailed 01/09 was accepted 01/18!!!!! so we gained at least four days cos we probably wouldnt have mailed out the documents by now with that date......of course it can only be GOD.

I have DS-3032 already thumb impression received from my father some time in December. But it does not have bar code on top of form. but has "Please case Barcode Strip Here Before Mailling to The National Visa Center". I thought I can generate bar code using below website given details. But Barcode generate very small and it does not cover whole Text box on top form of DC 3032.

I just got my case number from NVC yesterday so I do not have DS-3032 generated yet. but thought I can sent out DS-3032 in email.

Type in the case number under "Data to encode."

Under "Barcode symbology," select CODE 39.

Select "No" for "Add check digit"

Select "No" for "Add check digit to text"

Select "YES" for "Show text below barcode."

Change the "X dimension" (bar width) to 0.05

Change the "Barcode bar height" to 0.5.

Click on "Create Barcode."

I used the VJ DS-3032 template & emailed mine without bar codes. I still haven't heard from NVC though.

I have heard of others sending it both ways, mail & email. I am taking my chance by just emailing.

I am going to print form without bar code which has thumb impression. I will generate bar code mention in VJ and paste barcode then scan and email NVC and mail and see works.
