Hi Im doing great! I hope you are too! I have not received the w-2 im hoping i will have it by the time for the interview. I sent my packet without it. I was told they understand many people are late tax filers. So hopefully this will work.

I just got mines in today received email form NVC research and letter from USICS that they sent it to the NVC and the NVC that they received it today. Had to badger the USCIS and NVC and my Approval Date was November 23, 2012. After sending mines to Chicago they sent it to California from California to Missouri and Missouri approved it but instead of sending to NVC they filed it back to Chicago and Chicago instead of sending it to the NVC decided to put it in a file cabinet.

So i would be emailing the research website for NVC and getting a hold a supervisor\iso from the USCIS to give you physical date it was sent i had a nice 25 day battle to settle mines out after waiting 30 days for NVC.

I've done all that, emailed NVCResearch, emailed USCIS, spoke to an ISO today, she told me my case was mailed out to NVC but told me that she didn't know what day exactly! so I'm guessing maybe it is still sitting in the mail room and she just put a request in for it to be mailed out today :( I have no idea, I hope it gets there in the next few days...looking at ppl's timelines I see most of the ppl that got approved around the same time I did are already half way through NVC or at least have their case numbers and here I am still waiting for them to receive my case!!

okay if she put in for it then your in the same position as me did she find the specific location? the ISO found mines so that helped it took me 8 days after they put in the request but can take up to 15 days hopefully you will be like me and get it in 8 days or less.. but the key thing is they put in the request so you don't have to wait 90 days before USCIS takes action so that is a big plus that ISO from USCIS did for you...

well that's the thing though she never told me that it wasn't mailed out in the first place, she told me it has been mailed out but didn't give me an exact date and told me she couln't see the date it was mailed out, told me to contact NVC on tuesday and give them a call back if they didn't have it by then. I really really hope it shows up soon. The ISO I spoke to didn't tell me where the case is currently only told me it was mailed out to NVC :(

Okay I am confused now.. did the iso say she filed at I797 notice of action for the center that you originally filed with to send packet to NVC? If not you got the run around answer sorry to be the bearer of bad news.. also did you get a response like this from nvc

Dear Sir/Madam:

Please be advised that the National Visa Center (NVC) has received your inquiry and the attached I-797 Notice of Action - Approval Notice. Unfortunately, we do not have record of receiving your approved petition from U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services. The NVC will contact USCIS on your behalf for information on the location of this petition.

Sincerely,

I am so sorry. It sounds like you are doing what you can. Have you tried emailing your Congressman? Someone from that office can help track down your case.

No the ISO told me that my case has already been mailed out to NVC, when I asked WHEN she said she does not see the date but she can see that it has been mailed out and that I should give it the full 30 days (which will be this saturday). I haven't received any email from NVCResearch no...the ISO also told me that she can see that I have a service request in, which was the email I had sent asking them to locate my case. I'm seriously worried and I pray to God that this case shows up at NVC soon :(

hmm no we haven't done that, it will be 30 days exactly this saturday, so I will wait till tuesday and give them a call and hopefully they have it by then, if not I will have to think about my next move.
