Hi everyone,

Firstly, I did get my NOA1 after waiting 16 days (woooo hoo!). I realize it's only the beginning, but it's exciting anyway!

Okay, so I'm a huuuge planner, and I've already been looking at the I-134 because I know I will not qualify to sponsor my fiance on my own (I'm currently still in the UK with him and will be in school when I return). I'll be lucky to have a part time job by the time NOA2 comes around.

On the form, under part 3 it asks who this form is being filed for. Would my mom put me? Because underneath that it asks if there are spouses/children who will also be included. I assumed that would be where my fiancee goes on the form.

Is this correct?

Karl goes back to the UK January 7, 2007

The form is being filed for the visa applicant. You're a USC - you don't need either a visa or a sponsor.
