hello all,

Thanks for all my questions anwered.

I have one question. I have my H-1B approved and stamped. and then, I moved to new company after I got H-1B receipt. but I haven't done premium processing.

I'm going to send I-130 and I-485. and at some point, I've to provide I-797. Can I submit I-797C(initial status from current company) and I-797 (prev company)?

Or I should just send the currecnt company's I-797 (which is still in Initial status)

I don't see a requirement to submit any of your I-797s. That said, I did include a photocopy of mine. But it's not really relevant, all you have to show is that you entered the US legally, for which a copy of your I-94 is sufficient evidence.

do I need to use ACCO binders for all package just by using one? or 1 for I-130, 1 for I-765 etc?

Don't use ACCO binders. Staple each form together and put all the forms in one large envelope, that's all.
