hello, im asking about the process and forms that we must send to nvc to bring new born outside us his mom has case already completed PD / 8 NOVEMBER 2010 interview will be probably in the beginig of feb the baby was born in november 2012 and mother is throught f2a process and will get green card when entreing us.

-what docmentsshould he send to nvc?

-will process delay interview of mom ?

-what documents should we prepare and send to nvc ?

-how much time take for process since sending documents until interview?

-should we inform our consulate with our new born ?

you have to send child birth certificate to nvc immidietly because that time your case hold by nvc so get new born children birth certificate and send to nvcinquiry@state.gov with proper emailing procedure.

enter casenumber in subject line and then write in msg boddy petitioner name and date of birth and then principal applicant name and his d.o.b and then nvc will send you complete instruction about new born.

and yeah you can take new born baby with their parents.

im in the same situation..but do we have to file another ds230 for baby and 400$ fee if mother case is already completed.

When you inform NVC, the name of your child will appear on web site of NVC with option for pay the fee /in 2012 My husband paid 404 USA for our daughter, after that you have to fill DS 230 and the sponspr have to fill new Affidavit of Support/

How long will the whole process take, including paying of aos fees, filling up a new ds230 form or ds260, and affidavit of support? I'm currently pregnant and expected due date is late dec or early jan .. and my visa will probably be issued by nov, but I fear am not allowed to travel anymore since the airline will only allow up to my eight month thats why I think I should apply for follow to join for my newborn baby then ..
