In need of information, trying to figure out what i need to travel to Canada

i have a expired CRS and my alien passport is expired as well just this august.

it said i can travel with my CRS and the notice letter along with it, but i can't find

any information of my passport. im a little confused on how to renew a passport if

i no longer live in the canada now, and i don't think i am eligible to apply for a us

passport. If anyone has information. would help shed some light.

Please answer the question. There may be another option for you.

Are you Canadian?

what question? that i am canadian..yes that is my citizenship

Yes. That's the only question I asked. Thank you.

I found this:

I found it on this site: http://www.cbsa-asfc.gc.ca/security-securite/admiss-eng.html

Though you may face delays if you're going by airline, if you call your airline, they might be able to assist you.

If you're going by land, you don't need your passport. You only need proof of Canadian citizenship (per Canadian Charter of Rights and Freedoms), such as your birth certificate with a photo ID.

i think the problem lies with more coming back into the US afterwards.

but thanks for looking and finding that information.

I just went to the passport office yesterday (in Calgary) to do the whole change my name thing. I paid an extra $30 and I can pick it up next Friday. (There’s 2 days of Stat Holidays next week)

If I had been travelling sooner, I could have done next business day pickup for an extra $70.

The expedites can only be done at Passport Canada Offices and you must pick them up at the office.
