Definitely something they should look at. Who wants to be around convicted felons who have access to firearms? Nobody.

So how many of these whack jobs that shot up schools and theaters where felons?

"I want to take this opportunity to mention how thankful I am for an Obama re-election. The choice was clear. We cannot live in a country that treats homosexuals and women as second class citizens. Homosexuals deserve all of the rights and benefits of marriage that heterosexuals receive. Women deserve to be treated with respect and their salaries should not depend on their gender, but their quality of work. I am also thankful that the great, progressive state of California once again voted for the correct President. America is moving forward, and the direction is a positive one."

You think your more responsible with a gun than I am correct? And why is that?

Umm - you leave a loaded shotgun right behind your front door? I mean unless you sleep on the couch all the time (and based on the things you say, I know that's a distinct possibility), then what good does that do?

Self defense (or hunting or shooting beer cans for sport) isn't even why the second amendment exists.

I know, but we we're talking about responsibility. There's nothing in the second amendment that addresses that. Yet.

Ya because the judge is going to give two sh*ts about me posting facts. That and I'm the only felon in the world that got their gun rights back.

Judges interpret the law. The fact that a law exists that allows a violent convicted felon to get his guns back is not the judges fault, it the legislators. Hopefully they fix this soon.

It might not look to good for that judge when he sees the post about you bragging how he's your neighbor and how he took care of you in getting your guns back. Or the other posts of you bragging about walking around armed to the nines. I'm sure at the very least he'd think twice before doing you any more favors. What do you think?

I would think he would laugh his ####### while sipping his scotch. He's a gun enthusiast from the word go and the only reason he lives here is because of the great hunting we have.

National Rifle Association executive vice president Wayne LaPierre blamed Hollywood, video games music, the courts and more on Friday for creating a culture of violence in the United States.

He sounds like he is from the 60's. Some things never change.

Seeing how all these threads are recently started because of that school shooting, I would worry more about the whack jobs doing the actual shootings than felons going back to court in order to obtain their gun rights. I mean I can talk about the price of rice in China but it has nothing to do with some whack job shooting up a school.
