my fiance will be flying into JFK next weekend. i am not sure where she will get the I-94 form...at the airport or on the plane, or does this needed to be downloaded and completed beforehand?

also, it has been suggested to me to "post a review" to detail how we made it through the approval process successfully. i would be happy to do so, but i don't know how. thanks

She will be handed the I-94 at check in or on board the aircraft. Worst case scenario, she can get one at the arrivals hall once she gets off the plane.

Congrats & good luck!

My Fiance just got here few weeks ago. she was handed the form in the plane and then it was stamped at the custom office when she gave her sealed envelopes to the custom.

They usually give them out on the plane.

Be sure that she has some type of writting device--i.e. pen or pencil as these are in short supply on the airplane. If she cannot fill it out on the airplane, there are tables usually with pens where she can fill it out after landing and de-planing.

Congrats on getting to this stage,

Dave
