Also what should I write for this Question :

Has anyone ever filed an immigrant petition on your behalf with the United States Citizenship and Immigration Services?

Well, has anyone ever filed one for you? Such as an employer filing for a greencard for you or a fiance/ spouse/ parent etc?

You were not deported. Not even close. You were denied entry based on the assumption that you don't have a valid visa for your intended visit. Give us the I-212 entry in your passport and we'll tell you the line of action. Most likely you can reapply right away. But it's possible that CBP will deny you entry again. Understand that a visa is just pre-clearance, that you have no right to enter, and that you are ultimately always at the mercy of the CBP officer who may or may not have a good day when you show up.

Thumbs up.

Has anyone ever filed a petition for you to immigrate to the United States (an employer or a relative)? If not, answer no.

That depends why the visa was denied. In your case, if you haven't lied or violated a previous visa, you can apply as many times and as often as you want. But remember, if your situation is the same, the outcome will be the same. If you believe your denied entry was due to a misunderstanding by the CBP, bring evidence to the interview that shows you are in fact eligible for a B-1. Keep in mind also that a visa is not a guarantee that you can enter the US. The CBP, as you know, has the final say. A visa simply allows you to board an airplane and ask the CBP to let you in.
