I called the CSC today to see if I could put in a service request on my k-1 petition. The very helpful and kind gentleman told me they are processing July 16 petitions and I had to wait 4 more days to be eligible to put in a service request. Then, of course, wait my 15 days for an update.

They're working...just very s-l-o-w-l-y. :whistle:

16th of July, sigh. CSC is California Service Center and yes, if you filed at the end of July and you case is in California, you should be getting some response soon.....the word "soon" being used very losely seeing that we are at the beginning of Christmas time

and New Years.

Good luck !

Please God have them get to the end of August by mid February *praying*

GC received on the 28th of February, 2014 - no interview, no additional RFE's

Divorced as of September, 2014

NOA1 for ROC 14 October, 2014

Life goes on, my ex-husband is a moron.

I'm a little lost with the terminology....the CSC is what again?!

And when did you file your i129f? We applied at the end of july, so I wonder if that means ours will be being processed soon?!

thanks!

CSC=California Service Center

They received my petition 07/20 and my NOA1 (notice of action or I-797) is dated 07/24.

Here's to hoping they work a full day Friday! :rolleyes: (grinchy, I know)

We've got an NOA1 date of 20 July and hoped my love would have been going for the interview right about now (5m 10d and counting). Patiently waiting and continuing to pray for an approval. All the best to everyone our there staying in prayer for the same.

Sahs, we have the same filing date. Unfortunately, looks like we'll be waiting a bit longer. Spoke with a Tier 2 supervisor at CSC today who said it'll likely be the end of the month before our petitions will be in their 'processing' time. They're working on July 17th as of today... :crying:

Sahs, that was all the info they gave me. There wasn't much other than: it's not your turn & wait your turn. :(

Well the fact is, all we can do is wait and hope that the information you got from them is correct. If that's right, then we're both just a few weeks away from knowing something and that compared to 5-1/2 months-plus should be something to look forward to. I would love to know for sure, but in this process we cannot be sure. The only good thought at the moment is that we should both be very close. I have said a prayer for you and your love and I hope you stop for a minute too and do the same for Jhaneal and I. Fingers crossed you post some good news soon about an case... If either one of us get an RFE, them I hope it's something simple and it's resolved very quickly.
