I just got a text message to check my status and this is what it said:

Your Case Status: Post Decision Activity

On December 20, 2012, we mailed you a notice that we have approved this I130 IMMIGRANT PETITION FOR RELATIVE, FIANCE(E), OR ORPHAN. Please follow any instructions on the notice. If you move before you receive the notice, call customer service at 1-800-375-5283.

For approved applications/petitions, post-decision activity may include USCIS sending notification of the approved application/petition to the National Visa Center or the Department of State. For denied applications/petitions, post-decision activity may include the processing of an appeal and/or motions to reopen or reconsider and revocations.

Just mailed the Birth certificate they requested in an RFE on Sunday and we are approved 4 days later!!!! Alhamdollah God is GOOD!!!!!

I also got a job offer today so this is my lucky day!!!!

well taking a break until Jan when I start my Masters program :D You are now talking to a newly promoted CPS Investigator lol and the NOA2 iced the cake this week!!

I was contemplating cooking a mutton :D lol But I will ask my dear mother who lives with me now to cook me up some lasagna :D yummy!!! :thumbs:
