"Send all originals of the documentary proof that you submitted for the I-129F to your fiance(e) for their interview at the embassy." so i have to send my citizenship certificate to my fiance (original)? what if it will get lost somewhere?

I would send the copy of the citizenship certificate.

What this is saying is that it is a GOOD IDEA for your fiance(e) to have either the origianl or a copy of everything you sent with the I-129f IN CASE the consulate asks for something and they do not have it (they SHOULD have it but we never go by "should") NONE of this is required unless they ask for it. Most likely it will be held in a file by yoru fiancee and carried back out after the interview. ALWAYS make sure to ask for and receive ALL original documents before leaving the consulate.

The only original they should keep is the police certificate (keep a copy for yourself), medical exam results and letters of intent. Make copies of everything for yourself and NEVER leave the house without having a copy of everything left safely at home. YES it is a lot of paper. YES you will need it at one point or another for something, not necessarily immigration. Keep it handy, keep it organized. It will save you tons of headache in the next 4 years

Copies are fine.
