Hello everyone my name is Pablo Im from Chile, im engaged with my girlfriend for one month, the reason I write to you.

if because, I live in Canada Right now, with visa working holidays,(my tourist visa in chile was denied)so applied this visa to start a new

aventure with my girl, the problem was, her visa for canada experied, so im alone now, we have plans to marry ASAP. the question is if, Me being Chilean

Can apply for K-1 VISA being in canada( my visa in canada experied in octuber 2013)

any help is appreciate!

So your fiancee is a US citizen? She can petition for you and you can go to interview in Canada if you are legal there at the time of the interview. It takes 6-9 months from first filing to interview, does your visa have that much time left?

Yes I have 10 months more here in canada(working holiday visa), and maybe I can extend for 3 months more but only turist visa... and yes my fiance is a US citizen.
