Ok, so I read the step by step instructions and am confused about a couple things in filings for AOS for my spouse. I am the petitioner.

What are the forms that need to go with I-485?

I have read the following:

* I-485

* G325

* I-131 (optional i know, but I want to file with AOS)

* I-864 (I downloaded this from the USCIS website directly, but it says it expires 9/30/06????? Did I miss an update one, do I submit this one??)

Also where does the I693 or I134 come into play? Should they be filed with all of this as well?

Thanks for any help through this mess. My wife will not be working, so filing for employment authorization is not an issue at this point.

Thanks.

What abou the form 864 that is outdated on the USCIS website?

The date on that form is not when the form expires, it is the date that the Office of Management and Budget placed on it for USCIS to suggest changes, after that date no more suggestions would be accepted from USCIS to OMB, that was the expiration date for suggestions, not when the form expires. That is what the "OMB" next to the date indicates.
