The $350 is the K-1 visa fee that you have to pay so that you can have the interview.

The fee you payed before was the 129-F application fee.

It's a lot of money.. but yeah.. thats what it is..

and the AOS is even more expensive.. $1070

I need help we are now Approved and I just called Ciudad Juarez he is in there system but was told to pay $350.00 for his visa on line or that my fiance could do in Mexico but I'm confuse. Could somebody tell me what to do from here THANKS

I do not know who you talked to, but they gave you misinformation(which is common when calling CDJ or the USCIS hotline) and so did the post above. The visa processing fee is $240, not $350.

The embassy fee used to be $350 but was reduced back in April this year. It is now $240.

Mar 2011 - After 5mths denied for lost docs - Attempts to follow up failed. Mar 18 2012 - I-129F sent - No sign of NOA1 but they have banked the check...Jul 24 - Update - USCIS has located our file
Infopass Apt - they sorted through everything - our 2011 and 2012 file keep getting mixed up - getting us a Case# (still waiting) Dec- Infopass Appt- expecting to get a case # in about a week ..Still no Case number

Mar 2013 Infopass - advised file was in a box somewhere,and it would be quicker for us to refile. Life gets in the way... New petition submitted July 2014 .
