A Girl comes to america, marries and is then sent home and the husband files for an annulment based on fraud which is granted by the judge. Can this girl go through the process of K-1 again?

Sure she can be the beneficiary as many times as petitioners are willing to petition for her.

What do you mean, "sent home"? If you mean deported, there's not much chance of her coming back. If she went home voluntarily without USCIS involvement, maybe. The petition must include a copy of the annulment documents, so if they indicate a judge granted the annulment due to marriage fraud associated with immigration, the chances of petition approval or a visa are very slim, if any.
