She can try but USCIS won't approve at all. She will waste money and time. I don't know if she is your gf but let me tell you once a scammer always a scammer.Someone who used fraud to be in our Country doesn't deserve to be here.

What do you mean, "sent home"? If you mean deported, there's not much chance of her coming back. If she went home voluntarily without USCIS involvement, maybe. The petition must include a copy of the annulment documents, so if they indicate a judge granted the annulment due to marriage fraud associated with immigration, the chances of petition approval or a visa are very slim, if any.
