I want to be with my fiancé and I am debating which way to go about it. He is coming to meet me in February on a tourist visa (he is an Indian citizen). I am debating whether or not we should get married on a tourist visa have him leave the country and then apply for a green card. Or not get married on the tourist visa and have him go back to India and then apply for the fiancée visa. Which process is easier? If anyone could give me any advice I would be eternally grateful. I want to know which process is easier the visa process for already married couples or the one for the fiancée visa[/font]
