Just to get this straight... is my I-94 the white piece of paper stapled in my passport? If so, that gives me until March 20, 2013, so it really shouldn't be an issue to get it after we're married (on January 1st), in my married name, right? (In Florida, we just take the notarized copy of the marriage license, and get copies of the marriage certificate right away, so there's not a wait period for that - and then I can do it all in the same day at the same place...)
