i have 2 questions, just wondering, what would be the reasons fo an i130 application to get denied???? that's the first and the second question its a bit further down the line but what would be the reasons after an interview in the embassy for the beneficiary to have the visa gets denied??? I knw I might sound weired here but im a bit nervouse about everything so if you know or might know the answers that would be great, thank you

Lack of Financial Support

Lack of a "Bona Fide" relationship

The I-130 mostly gets denied if there is no petitionable relationship- ie the couple are not legally married (proxy marriage, married when one was not fully divorced etc)

Yes, or failure to provide the required initial evidence of the petitionable relationship. Visas are most often denied due to the Consular Officer's conclusion the relationship is not bona fide or in other words, was entered into to obtain an immigration benefit.
