Ok guys we are back again. ^.^

Now I know must people would think why did we let this happen but before I start I just would like to say that life does not stop throwing obstacles in your path. With that being said, my wife was approved for a green card over 2 yrs ago with the conditional status. Since then certain events transpired that US Gov. does not view as being out of our control and her permanent residence status was cancelled. After contacting the US embassy and USCIS, we were told to simply refile the I-130 and associated documents; however, can anyone tell me if I should put my wife's original alien registration number and us social security number on the form, or should I put N/A or none. The information we received from the us embassy stated that her status was no longer legal which leads me to believe she maybe assigned a new alien registration number and USCIS indicated they could not assist me with the form.

So what do you guys think.

is she still in the USA or no ?

Sometimes my language usage seems confusing - please feel free to 'read it twice', just in case !
