How can my wife get in to Ankara USA embassy?

Well FINALLY the USA embassy told us exactly this:

Our consular officer evaluated your explanation and accepted it. Please have the applicant come back to the embassy during our overcome hours (any Monday to Thursday between 10.30 and 12.00) to submit her passport.

The question is... How can my wife get in to the embassy when she arrives to turkey... I thought the only way to get in is if you are an American citizen AND you scheduled an appointment? How is she going to be able to get in to turn in her passport so they can issue the visa?

Does the letter have her name on it? Seems the letter itself is the invitation to go to the Embassy. Show and go?

Nope, and were afraid she's gonna fly there and not be allowed in... That would really suck. That's the only thing wrong now... It's a 50/50 chance without 100% certainty.

Email the embassy and ask. Ankara is unorganized but they are very good with emails.

It took them 59 days to reply to our last email. That option isn't quick enough.

Uscis now has a website for iranian citizens http://persian.iran.usembassy.gov/ quite sure you can find a number for Ankara on there
