long story short filed Dec 2011 got approved had n interview July 2012 after interview my paperwork was sent back to USCIS "for further review".....sent back for further review in Aug 2012.....................then in sept uscis says they were reviewing to "REaffirm"..............now status says post desision and it states that my application was sent back to address on file................No further evidence has ever been asked of me to date.

then why r they returning my i 130 application?? uscis approved it the 1st time then after my interview the interviewer denied the app for reason marked other...................then sent my file back to usa for further review,,...................once it got to usa no further evidence was ever requested............one wuld think tht more info was needed then uscis wuld ask for it n not just go straight for a denied

well didnt you receive intent to deny notice? which tells you what you need to do? did anyone follow up? sounds to me like they look over your file and did not reaffirm your petition. sorry best to wait for the mail to come now then proceed.
