no, your parents aren't LPR. if you are unmarried once they become residents they can file for your, are you out of status already? that will be problem

I think not.

To qualify for F2B, the LPR parent has to be the petitioner. If you aged-out on EB3, your LPR parent has to file a new petition for you. You will have a new Priority Date and back-to-zero waiting period. For F2B it will take 10-11 YEARS to complete and you will have to maintain your unmarried/single status.

Once your parent immigrates to the US and becomes an LPR, he/she can file for you. It will be an 8 years wait for an immigration visa.
